Hej, hej!
Minęła druga doba, zaczyna się 3 dzień z aparatem. Zęby już tak nie bolą, są postępy
Rano zjadłam lekko podpieczony chleb bez skórki, sałatkę jarzynową ze sklepu, jajko na miękko i popiłam herbatą. Następnie umyłam zęby. Na obiad spożyłam rosół z małą ilością makaronu. Znowu umyłam zęby. Potem zaczęła mnie mocniej boleć szczęka, więc wzięłam leki przeciwbólowe. Resztę wieczoru podgryzałam jakieś miękkie kabanosy (Magia, w końcu mogę delikatnie gryźć!!!). Ogólnie to mój stan polepsza się z godziny na godzinę, naprawdę . Życie ratuje mi specialny wosk, którym obklejam sobie zamki, aby nie obcierały mi śluzówki, a także tabletki z witaminą B2, która wzmacnia śluzówkę....
